Our Story

In 2020, one of our founders, Karen Rodriguez began her battle against Stage 4 Breast Cancer. With only a survival rate of 26%, she was given the choice to choose life or death, so she began the journey that changed her life. Losing 90 pounds not only gave her the strength to defeat cancer, but it gave her a mission. Pure Steel was founded with the full intention to support people, not only to fight cancer or disease, but in their everyday life. The founders want to give back to their community, from donating new gym equipment to schools that need it to donating proceeds of every purchase to Susan G. Komen in their fight against breast cancer. This is just the first step to changing lives, to giving back, and supporting all those who need it.
